The Scribbler app, then painted in the Sketches Pro app. I love painting on my iPad daily and usually print off my work on 4×6 Post-it Photo paper and put it in my journal and write about my day. I have been slacking off…shame on my.
Here is something different for #32. A friend came to visit, just as I was playing with shapes in The Scribbler app. I kept sneaking in shapes and set the app to scribble over my outline sketch, changing the colors of the scribble lines, trying not to be too obvious that part of my concentration on visiting with her was going into creating this funny sketch. I did a quick screen shot of the piece, and when company left, I toot he piece into the Sketch Club app to paint. So here he is…taking his Honey for a walk.
#27 was painted after I came home from a big gathering, where I displayed a poster with 15 of my iPad paintings and had slideshows going on both of my iPads. It drew a lot of attention…many acquaintances not realizing I painted, amazed that it was done on the iPad, etc. the. I did a simple demo with several people watching over my shoulder. Several asked about the programs, my preferred stylus, wondering what sketching/painting apps are available for tablets that are not Apple’s, etc, (which I couldn’t answer). It was a fun time, and I may be setting up a class. MAY, being next winter season.
